Relaxing at Santa Monica after a voice over session

I had a fantastic voice over session at noontime today at The Mix studio. This was the first time I worked with them and everyone there were just so nice. It was quick and I delivered my spot a couple of times and that was it. They were so nice. I even had some nice Chinese Tea. Taiwanese mountain tea to be exact. They were fantastic.

Their studio was located in Santa Monica, so I thought I'd stop by the beach and get some sun and relaxation. I'm just sitting here at the beach looking at the ocean and blogging a little. What a beautiful and lovely day, and I got paid for it too.

VO PSA Recording Session on Monday

I'm going in for another voice over recording on Monday for a PSA for anti-acholism.

I'm definitely off to a great start this year. It's always a pleasant thing to start the new year with some bookings so I'm definitely excited with all the happenings! I'm definitely looking forward to a fantastic year with tons of bookings and work!!!

I'm doing 2 things aside from work

First I'm am going to write a complete recount of my trip to New Orleans and others here so I have a record. It was such a wonderful trip that it deserves to be fully written about.

I am also working up an article on Free Music and the issue of culture and predisposition that drives our musical worlds apart. I'm working it up, and it's going to be a rather extensive essay. hopefully I'll be done in a little bit, or at least post some of what I have soon. I already have a rough draft outline written.

My Vacation

My Vacation is near over, just one more day and I'm going back to LA. Sigh. It has been fun. I really have enjoyed this vacation tremendously. I'm really going to miss this wonderful trip!
