What have I been doing?

I haven't wrote here for a while. In fact I've been taking it a bit easy the last few months.

But I am feeling back up for doing a ton of work now. I get on and off like this throughout the year. But I certainly am feeling very inspired now to write, to work and to do things.

Right now, I'm taking improv classes at Second City in LA. I guess that really is getting me back into the mode of doing serious work. I mean I have been auditioning on and off throughout the summer, but it has been really slow. I've also started writing a story - "Kingdoms", which has been an on and off thing also. But I feel ready to fully tackle on these things again. I'm also in the mist of negotiating a film score to work on the next couple of months, which is very exciting.

So now I'm really ready to work and get more work. I did recently record a Chinese MacDonald's commercial. It's always nice to be working too for money. I definitely need to land a few more of those awesome gigs.

All in all, life is really going great for me. I'm making money and able to tackle on various projects and ideas that I want to do. I get to also rest up and enjoy and not feel stressed, which makes it easy for me to be able to do things creatively.

I've also started a little improv collaborative writing with a friend. It's really fun being able to write a story together with people. It's definitely also getting me a little more back into the writing mode.

So my goals for the remaining months of 2009 are:

1) Book at least 1 theatrical project
2) Book at least 1 more voice over gig
3) Book at least 1 more commercial
4) Write the first draft of "Kingdoms"
5) Get a good start on the film score
6) Toss around a few more ideas

I think that's definitely enough for me to go on. If I can get this list down, I'd be extremely happy. So here's getting back in working mode!
