More Auditions This Week!!!! Happy Thanksgiving!

I went to an audition earlier today for a commercial where I had to do a William Shatner impression. That was fun. It was actually the first time I actually had to do something like that for an actual audition which was neat. I don't really usually do impersonations. But William Shatner is just plain fun.

I have to at least be thankful for having watched all the Boston Legals that I have watched this fall season, which really gave me a lot more to work off on. I think it was definitely believable and I thought I did a pretty neat job at the audition.

But of course I can never predict how well I did at commercial auditions. They arejust on and off, hit or miss. I just haven't been able to really feel it out completely right and know when I'm on and when I'm not. I'm much better with theatrical auditions.

Speaking of which, I do have another theatrical audition tomorrow. I have been having a great string of awesome theatrical auditions for both network TV and cable. This is always exciting and my favorite thing to do. I just loving working with sides and going to these auditions and meeting casting directors. I hope I keep getting them and keep going on them.

So this is the week of thanksgiving. I'm sure a lot of people are already thinking it's slow and nothing's going on this week. So I am giving my thanks to God for giving me so many wonderful auditions even when things are slow. I am very thankful that I have both a commercial and a theatrical auditions this week already. I am just thankful for everything that is in my life.

Well now there are rumors about the looming SAG strike. That's going to be a fascinating story to play out. I'll talk more about later on in my posting.
